The specialist will be responsible for drafting water law opinions, particularly for construction and environmental impact assessment procedures. A key part of the job includes processing and reviewing notifications from plant operators regarding their handling of water-polluting substances. The position also focuses on preventing water damage by responding to incidents, ordering protective measures, and enforcing regulations. Regular inspections of facilities handling hazardous substances, in accordance with accident prevention regulations and EU industrial emissions directives, are also a core duty.
