This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to establish and head a new Renewable Energies department within COOL CONNECT, a company of the SCHILLING GROUP. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technology focus (e.g., solar, storage, heat pumps, geothermal), developing a robust strategy, and building a high-performing team from the ground up. Day-to-day tasks will include creating processes, standards, and partner networks, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and integrating the new department with existing refrigeration/climate core business.
