Job Summary
This role involves spearheading the integration of Artificial Intelligence within a leading social welfare organization. The successful candidate will analyze current operations to develop a tailored AI strategy and roadmap, leading the implementation of pilot projects. A key aspect of the role is designing and delivering AI-focused training and workshops for staff, while also advising leadership and teams on AI topics. Beyond technical implementation, the officer will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and developing ethical guidelines for AI use, ensuring responsible and impactful technological adoption across various social services.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Sciences, or comparable fields
Experience
- Professional experience in corporate training and further education
- Professional experience in organizational development
- Experience in the social economy (preferred)
- Affinity for project work and enthusiasm for digitalization and AI
