Job Summary
This role involves contributing to the preparation of tax balances and tax returns, acting as an internal consultant for management and departments on all tax-related matters, and serving as an external point of contact for tax authorities and auditors. The successful candidate will also provide active tax support and advice on M&A projects, restructurings, and contract conclusions, contributing to the strategic development of the media group. This position is ideal for a professional eager to drive their own development, enhance team capabilities, and continuously improve internal tax processes within a dynamic media company. The role offers flexible work locations (Konstanz, Würzburg, or Augsburg) and mobile office options.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration or Law, or comparable qualification (e.g., Certified Tax Specialist). Successful completion of the Tax Advisor exam is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in national tax law and corporate taxation within a company or tax firm
- Experience in managing external tax audits (desirable)
