In this role, you'll provide 1st and 2nd level support for employees, managing clients (Windows, ThinClients, Mobile Devices), print systems, and production-related IT. Your responsibilities will also include proactive system analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and development of IT systems, ensuring robust IT and information security, and managing data backups. You will be key in deploying and rolling out clients, applications, patches, and operating systems, as well as maintaining and optimizing IT asset management. This position is ideal for someone with an IT background, foundational knowledge in hardware, Windows, Linux, virtualization, and networking, who is eager to take on responsibility from day one in a supportive and family-friendly environment.
