Experience

Good knowledge of GMP-compliant work and regulations (e.g., ICH-Guidelines), especially regarding validation and transfer of analytical methods and sample coordination
Expert knowledge of analytical methods, particularly chromatographic methods and relevant workflows for sample management in a biopharmaceutical environment
Initial experience in technically guiding multiple individuals
