Job Summary

This role involves contributing to the design and enhancement of the Kubernetes infrastructure at the University of Tübingen's Data Processing Center, with a specific focus on operating the FOLIO library system. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with colleagues on infrastructure planning, operations, and future direction, as well as actively participating in the bwFOLIO and Kube3 projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science or a related field, possess fundamental knowledge of Linux server administration, and have experience with cloud, container, and virtualization technologies, ideally with practical Kubernetes experience.
