This role is for an IT System Administrator / IT Service Technician who will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and customers in the Upper Palatinate region, providing qualified support and system training to ensure smooth operations. The individual will be responsible for monitoring and configuring internal Microsoft Server and client infrastructure, managing Active Directory, and independently administering internal M365 services. This position involves contributing to the continuous optimization of the internal IT infrastructure through collaboration with various teams and actively participating in internal projects. The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience, a strong command of Microsoft products and cloud environments, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
