As a Senior Specialist in Maintenance Management, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Bayernwerk's energy infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will involve developing and implementing maintenance strategies and guidelines for power, gas, and communication networks. You'll drive the creation of innovative concepts for maintenance, collaborating closely with other E.ON Group companies and regional operational teams. This role requires a proactive individual to manage maintenance centrally from an asset strategy perspective, monitor key performance indicators, and support the integration of advanced technologies like Predictive Maintenance, AI, and automation. You will also play a crucial role in the Technical Safety Management (TSM) and its audits, ensuring the highest standards for Bayernwerk's critical infrastructure.
