Job Summary

This role is for an IT Onsite Support Specialist who will be the primary interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. Day-to-day, you will conduct onsite support for hardware and software issues, analyze and resolve disruptions, and manage IT tasks within a manufacturing environment. A key aspect of the role is ensuring operational continuity and high service quality for the client. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related training (technical education or comparable qualification)

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support
  • Experience with current Microsoft products and standard hardware
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, authorization concepts, and group policies
  • Experience in network environments including DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
