As a Senior Expert, you will be instrumental in managing projects related to network infrastructure, services, and media/conference technology within DHL Group's Bonn Campus. Your day-to-day will involve leading and steering projects, providing expert consultation on ITK solutions, and driving the continuous advancement of technologies. A key part of the role is managing demands, contracts, and stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal clients, procurement, and external service providers. You will also be responsible for the technical development and support of the telephone exchange team, monitoring new technologies, and meticulously documenting the network, telecommunications, and media technology landscape.
