This role involves the innovative development and optimization of sealants and adhesives, focusing on silicone, butyl, SMP-hybrid, acrylate, and putty-based formulations. The successful candidate will conduct laboratory experiments, perform material testing, and research new raw materials and technologies to meet customer demands and market trends. They will collaborate closely with production, application engineering, marketing, and sales teams, documenting research and providing internal and external training.
