Job Summary

This role is for an Auditor and Verifier specializing in climate protection, focusing on greenhouse gas inventories and life cycle assessments. The successful candidate will primarily audit greenhouse gas inventories for facilities and companies under EU-ETS, nEHS, and ETS 2, as well as the CO2 content of imported products (CBAM mechanism) and quantities of partially halogenated fluorocarbons (F-Gas Regulation). Additionally, the verifier will assess life cycle assessments (LCAs), Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs), and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). The position involves project management from offer creation to customer communication and budget control, operating within a regulated environment and summarizing results in German or English.
