Job Summary

This Rollout Technician role involves supporting IT projects and ensuring smooth software rollouts for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for executing software deployments, providing first-level IT support, resolving technical issues, and managing service requests at the customer helpdesk. A key part of the role will be assisting customer employees with their transition to Windows 11 and maintaining accurate asset data.
