This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a leading European IT service provider, assisting a diverse range of clients including major corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and incident tickets for various devices like desktops, notebooks, and thin clients, as well as installing and commissioning new and replacement hardware. Day-to-day tasks will include supporting users with technical issues, managing service requests via ticketing systems, and participating in IT rollouts. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
