Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to provide essential end-user support in a client environment for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. Day-to-day, you will assist end-users with Windows 11, MS Office, and Skype for Business, manage tickets for incidents, requests, and changes, and handle patching and replacement of network devices and cabling. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, with experience in Cisco network environments and client support.
