Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting their end-customer, Infosys. Day-to-day tasks involve managing IT incidents and requests, performing troubleshooting for a variety of hardware including PCs, notebooks, and printers, and configuring and installing end-user devices. The specialist will also assist users with mobile devices, diagnose network issues, and provide onsite support for client-related IMAC services. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with standard hardware and MS Office applications.
