Job Summary

This role supports a rapidly growing pharmacology team, focusing on the development of strategies for nervous system repair. The successful candidate will perform a variety of crucial laboratory tasks, including cell biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology techniques such as cell culture, protein expression, and DNA/protein purification. A significant part of the role involves conducting surgical procedures and behavioral tests on rodents, alongside preparing tissue samples for histological and immunohistochemical analysis. The position requires a strong background in biological laboratory techniques, practical experience with animal models, and a relevant technical or academic qualification in life sciences. Education

Completed vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Biology Laboratory Technician, or equivalent technical training with relevant professional experience; OR a completed scientific-technical academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Biology or other Life Sciences. FELASA certificate required.
