Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Tax Specialist to join an international, innovative company at its headquarters in Essen. You will be responsible for advising domestic group companies on all types of taxes, preparing various tax declarations (corporate, trade, sales tax), and reviewing tax assessments. A key part of the role involves calculating current and deferred taxes for annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, and supporting tax reporting and audits. The ideal candidate will have a business or law degree with a focus on taxation, or be a qualified tax specialist, bringing several years of professional experience from tax consulting or a corporate tax department.
