Job Summary

The STEM Manager will play a crucial role in promoting out-of-school STEM education for children and young people. This involves independently managing and evolving existing STEM event formats, such as the "Mobile Research Workshop" and "Mobile Coding Workshop," while also conceptualizing new offerings tailored to regional economic needs. A key aspect of the role is project management for the "mobilMINT" cluster, encompassing content, operational, and organizational coordination. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and acquiring third-party funding through grant applications and partnerships, alongside managing public relations, project documentation, and evaluation for the STEM sector. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in natural sciences or pedagogy, or a comparable degree relevant to the position; alternatively, successful completion of the "Beschäftigtenlehrgang II" (Employee Course II) of the Bavarian Administrative School with the "Fachprüfung II" (Specialized Examination II) and acquisition of the professional title "Verwaltungsfachwirt/in" (Administrative Specialist).
