Job Summary

This role involves hands-on peptide and oligonucleotide production for in vitro diagnostics, strictly adhering to GMP conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new procedures and products, managing deviations, CAPAs, OOS cases, and troubleshooting. Key activities include driving process improvements, scale-ups, and change management, along with creating and revising HVEs and SOPs. The position also covers validation, qualification, addressing technical issues, production planning, and ensuring work safety. Candidates should possess a strong background in organic and solid-phase chemistry, with practical experience in analytical and preparative chromatography, gained within an industrial production environment.
