Job Summary

The SAP Key User will be a pivotal figure in the logistics department, ensuring the seamless functionality of SAP tools and systems. This role involves leading IT projects within the area of responsibility, maintaining system integrity, and driving operational implementation. A key aspect is providing expert consultation, system customization, and support to business departments, specifically focusing on SAP SD/JIS. The successful candidate will identify system application needs, develop conceptual system and individual solutions, and create process documentation. Additionally, the role includes conducting user training, managing service providers to meet SLAs and KPIs, and serving as a second-level support contact for other key users.
