The successful candidate will manage the entire product lifecycle from experimental design and raw material selection to product maturity, ensuring compliance with quality standards, economic viability, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating raw materials and competitor products, collaborating cross-functionally on projects and problem-solving, and meticulously documenting results. The position requires a professional with a strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering, significant experience in the printing or chemical industry, and expertise in developing inks, paints, or low-viscosity coatings.
