Job Summary

This role is for an experienced professional to lead a software project team, overseeing development and test/verification engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include task planning and distribution, KPI monitoring, and representing the software project internally and externally to clients and authorities. The ideal candidate will also manage change boards, define infrastructure needs, and be responsible for planning and approval documents in accordance with RTCA DO-178C. This position is attractive for someone with a strong background in complex system software development, particularly in aerospace or similar high-regulation domains, who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys collaborating across various departments and with sub-suppliers.
