Job Summary

This role focuses on creating precise calculations and offers, primarily within building automation. The Calculation Specialist will be responsible for preparing bids for industrial, commercial, public, and private clients based on specifications or functional descriptions. Key daily tasks include customer support, acquisition, tracking offers, and obtaining quotes for assembly and materials. The role also involves reviewing tender documents, preparing awards, evaluating offers, and participating in contract and purchasing negotiations. Strong collaboration with project managers, site managers, and the purchasing department is essential, along with creating budgets post-order entry to support project execution. This position requires a high degree of cost and responsibility awareness, combined with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
