Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of a large pharmaceutical wholesaler's technical infrastructure. The Operations Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building technology systems, including building management systems (BMS), general building services (TGA), PC/office equipment, and telecommunications. A key part of the role is the maintenance and repair of PLC-controlled conveyor systems. The position requires coordinating and overseeing external contractors, meticulously documenting all work performed, and adhering to QM standards and error management protocols.
