Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key advisor for internal departments on all matters related to the ERP system. You will be responsible for defining and coordinating functional requirements in close collaboration with various departments, ensuring the continuous optimization and development of the ERP system in conjunction with software providers. Day-to-day tasks include being the primary contact for user questions and issues, coordinating and conducting training and workshops, and collaborating with external partners to enhance the ERP solution.
