Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious professional looking to connect people and technology by providing essential First- and Second-Level IT Support. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and processing incident reports, managing phone and ticketing systems from acceptance to resolution and documentation, and acting as a primary contact for customer inquiries and issues. The specialist will also support customer projects in data cleansing and error analysis, and maintain various internal systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), state-certified IT professional, or similar. Alternatively, a degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
