Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will be the crucial link in maintaining seamless IT operations for our clients. Day-to-day, you'll be at the forefront of problem-solving, taking on incoming incident reports from the second-level support, analyzing, and resolving them to ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and operating systems. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and administering servers and applications, as well as providing essential support for administration, backup, system adjustments, and maintenance. We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT administration and support, ideally with experience in database programming, and excellent German and good English language skills. Required Skills

Education
