Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications Engineer focused on high-frequency systems. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for creating system specifications and technical documentation, designing and simulating high-frequency systems (including reflector antennas and transmit/receive chains up to >100 GHz), and selecting components in collaboration with partners. A significant part of the role involves commissioning and testing sub-system and system-level installations, which includes international travel. You will also collaborate with automation and electrical design teams. This position offers the opportunity for continuous professional development with a well-established engineering service provider, working on diverse projects from mid-sized companies to large corporations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications/High-Frequency Technology (Bachelor, Master) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial experience with high-frequency and measurement technology
- Professional experience with waveguide technology (ideally)
- Professional experience with scripting languages (e.g., Matlab, Python) (ideally)
