Job Summary

This role involves comprehensively advising business departments on project management, including the conceptualization of individual solutions. You will independently gather software requirements for selecting appropriate IT solutions, develop suitable processes, conduct tests, and implement software applications. A key part of the role is ensuring adherence to internal service management processes, particularly incident and problem management, and monitoring processes for performance, stability, and availability. You will also lead and support interdisciplinary IT projects and create and deliver internal training materials.
