Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive IT system administration for social and youth welfare specialist procedures within the Ostholstein district administration. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, master data maintenance, user administration, and adapting systems to legal changes. The successful candidate will also provide user support via a hotline, create work instructions, coordinate training, and assist with technical supervision. Additionally, the role involves processing social benefit payments and managing IT system administration projects, such as new software introductions. Required Skills
Education
• Civil Service Examination for Career Group 1, Second Entry Level (General Administrative Services) OR • Successfully completed training as an Administrative Assistant OR • Passed the First Employee Examination
Experience
- Professional experience in the application and support of IT specialist procedures
- Professional experience in a public administration (desirable)
- Knowledge of social and youth welfare specialist procedures (LÄMMkom-LISSA and KDO preferred)
