Required Skills

Education

University degree (Dipl. FH/Bachelor) in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Supply Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Technical Building Equipment, Plant Operations Technology, or Facility Management.

Experience

  • At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Thorough and comprehensive knowledge in building automation with BUS systems
  • Experience in setting up, commissioning, and operating DDC devices at the field level
  • Experience in elevator and facade access technology, including personal protective equipment against falls
  • Experience in procurement according to VgV/VOB (preparation of tender documents and use of relevant software)
  • Experience in maintenance and repair planning for technical systems
  • Leadership experience for maintenance teams
