Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Technical Employee or Technical Lead to manage maintenance, repair, and modernization efforts across all residential properties of Wohnungsgenossenschaft Coswig/Sachsen e.G., a major housing cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of property maintenance, from initial damage assessment and contractor engagement to project completion and invoice processing. Key responsibilities include managing renovation projects, coordinating external service providers, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and handling tenant communications related to structural changes. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, technical expertise in real estate or housing management, and excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with tenants and business partners, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of over 3,250 residential units.
