Job Summary

This role involves developing and enhancing chemical formulations for various industries, including textiles, carpets, and latex. The assistant will conduct application-specific testing of physical, chemical, mechanical, and flame-retardant properties of products, prepare detailed laboratory reports, and manufacture small batches up to 500 KG. Key responsibilities also include supporting production for complex products, performing quality assurance and incoming goods inspections, and managing master and test recipes within the ERP system. Candidates should possess a chemical or technical background, proficiency with laboratory equipment, and a strong understanding of quality control.
