Job Summary

Join a dynamic team as an IT Service Desk Specialist, contributing to the digital advancement of a clinic and supporting exciting projects under the Hospital Future Act. In this role, you will be instrumental in the installation, configuration, setup, and dismantling of end-user and peripheral devices, along with their associated software. You'll manage IT issues, resolve problems, and handle user inquiries, actively participating in the central IT Helpdesk and hotline. This position also involves assisting with the introduction of new applications and system migrations, and supporting specialized medical applications. The ideal candidate will have an IT-related or technical background, such as an electrician or plant mechanic, but motivated career changers are also welcome.
