Job Summary
This Senior System Engineer role focuses on the stable operation and continuous improvement of business-critical applications within the public sector. The successful candidate will manage applications on Windows and/or Linux servers, ensuring adherence to SLAs through robust monitoring and logging. Key responsibilities include coordinating and enhancing processes in test, change, and release management, analyzing complex issues, and developing sustainable solutions. The role also involves automating operational tasks using scripting languages and actively contributing expertise in databases, web servers, load balancers, and container technologies. Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, including their technical development in complex environments, is also a significant part of this mission.
Required Skills
Education
ITIL Certificate, Atlassian Certification (e.g., ACP-120 or ACP-610) or equivalent practical experience
Experience
- Several years of experience in supporting and developing applications on Linux or Windows servers
- Experience in project environments, ideally with knowledge of IT projects for public clients
- Profound knowledge in handling databases, web servers, and load balancers
- Experience using scripting languages for automation
- Professional experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence in productive environments
