Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a key part of the IT team, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems for both guests and colleagues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive support for PMS and POS systems, Windows 10 clients, Windows Domain, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and general hardware and software issues. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting IT projects. This role offers an unlimited full-time contract in a year-round operation by the Baltic Sea, providing a stable and engaging environment for a tech-savvy professional who thrives on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
