Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Engineer who will provide essential client support within a highly available technical environment, focusing on Windows 11 & Office 2024 clients and Skype for Business. Day-to-day tasks involve ticket processing, performing MECM-based installations, managing IMAC processes, handling incidents, and supporting Cisco network environments. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Windows client environments, foundational knowledge of networking, and a willingness to learn or existing experience with Linux systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider, contributing to the digital transformation of major companies and public clients in a professional and technologically advanced setting with clear processes and a strong service orientation.
