Job Summary

This role is for a technically proficient IT Support Technician who enjoys providing professional on-site IT workstation support. Day-to-day, you will be involved in IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) support, configuring and installing PCs, notebooks, and printers, and performing hardware rollouts including imaging and setup. You will also be responsible for physical cabling of IT workstations and providing on-site user support for client-related technical issues. A key part of the role involves meticulous documentation of tickets, checklists, and asset data for IT inventory.
