This role at Exxeta offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of banking by challenging traditional consulting and tech concepts. As part of an agile team, you will advise Financial Service clients from strategic planning to concrete implementation, leveraging your banking expertise to drive digital transformation. Day-to-day, you will develop innovative banking solutions, contribute your deep knowledge of financial products, processes, and regulatory frameworks, and take on diverse roles such as Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Leadership. You'll also lead digitalization labs, craft user stories, and design new products and processes, all while actively contributing to Exxeta's consulting offerings and potentially leading your own team with increasing seniority. This position is ideal for someone passionate about Future Banking, team-oriented, and driven to create real impact.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics, ideally with a focus on Finance. Banking-specific training and further education is an advantage.
Experience
- Professional experience as a consultant in agile and classical banking projects or as an internal employee of a bank
- Experience with current trends in Future Banking, especially in digitalization, business analysis, and optimization of banking processes
- Deep knowledge of banking, particularly credit and account products for private, commercial, or corporate clients
- Practical knowledge in modeling processes and systems (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and in innovative technologies such as AI, chatbots, or blockchain (advantageous)
