Job Summary

This role involves defining and implementing best-practice strategies for import and export operations in key international markets, ensuring compliance with current sanctions and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include independently managing import and export declarations, determining customs values, and reviewing customs notices for group companies. The specialist will also create and manage supplier declarations for preferential and non-preferential origin, perform preference calculations using AEB software, and control foreign trade transactions with AEB compliance tools. Key qualifications include a commercial education, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade or customs, along with several years of relevant experience and up-to-date knowledge in foreign trade, preference law, export control, and customs law.
