Job Summary
As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing crucial First Level Support both over the phone and on-site within a Windows environment. Your daily tasks will include creating, classifying, tracking, and maintaining support tickets, configuring Windows clients and Active Directory, and setting up and checking hardware for workstations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in IT system integration or significant experience in IT support to grow professionally within a dynamic team.
