Job Summary
This Technical Assistant role involves a dynamic mix of administrative and operational tasks within an industrial setting. You will be responsible for creating and tracking purchase requisitions, processing invoices through workflows, and supporting colleagues with various purchasing and order-related inquiries. Key responsibilities also include coordinating training credits with suppliers, assisting with quotation requests, and managing repair processes. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial background, experience in controlling/accounting and order management, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
