Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT hardware installation and support services. You will be responsible for the setup, breakdown, and physical connection of client and server units, including peripheral devices, as part of installations and office moves. Key tasks include performing function tests, conducting error analysis, and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. The position also requires independent hardware upgrades, configuring IP addresses, and managing server rack installations and cabling. You will be crucial in troubleshooting server and cabling issues, providing 1st and 2nd level support, and meticulously documenting all work.
