Job Summary

This role is for an Advanced Technical Assistant in Wet Chemistry, supporting process engineers in managing the frontend product portfolio for PowerMOS, ASIC, and MEMS. Day-to-day, you will independently assist with process supervision, enhance process stability using SPC, FDC, and APC methods, and conduct training for continuous improvement. You'll also be involved in setting up and optimizing equipment controls, supporting process releases, and adapting existing processes to new equipment.
