Job Summary

This role involves working in cross-national teams with other central banks to build and operate the infrastructure for the Digital Euro. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance, availability, and security of a 24/7 cloud infrastructure. A key part of the role is developing and implementing observability strategies, configuring and maintaining monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana, and analyzing metrics, logs, and traces. You will also develop and operate IT, service, and business monitoring for proactive incident management, perform root-cause analyses, and support disaster-recovery planning.
