Job Summary

As a Solutions Sales Architect, you will be a pivotal technical expert supporting the global sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from qualifying new opportunities to providing technical support. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing customer learning systems, designing tailored integration solutions for HRIS and LMS, and leading technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts. You will also manage the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and act as a key technical contact for post-sales adjustments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in solution architecture and B2B software sales, particularly within the education or EdTech sector. The position offers a highly versatile and responsible role within an international environment, with the added flexibility of 100% home office and direct reporting to the SVP of Tech & Global CIO, making it an attractive opportunity for a self-driven professional.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable qualification. Cross-entry is possible.

Experience

  • Professional experience in developing solution architectures, ideally in the education industry (E-learning or EdTech jobs, SaaS environment) with a focus on Enterprise Software
  • Sales experience in a B2B software environment
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
