As a Technical Plant Operator for Wind Turbines, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of HessenEnergie's extensive wind farm portfolio, which includes approximately 150 wind turbines. Your daily responsibilities will involve remote monitoring of wind turbines, analyzing and troubleshooting malfunctions, coordinating service activities with external companies, and performing data evaluations to optimize energy output and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of technical and economic interdependencies, and a commitment to advancing the energy transition. You will also contribute to documentation, support technical operations in areas like availability analysis and work safety, and participate in a rotating on-call duty, occasionally conducting field visits.
