Job Summary
As a Technical Plant Operator for Wind Turbines, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of HessenEnergie's extensive wind farm portfolio, which includes approximately 150 wind turbines. Your daily responsibilities will involve remote monitoring of wind turbines, analyzing and troubleshooting malfunctions, coordinating service activities with external companies, and performing data evaluations to optimize energy output and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of technical and economic interdependencies, and a commitment to advancing the energy transition. You will also contribute to documentation, support technical operations in areas like availability analysis and work safety, and participate in a rotating on-call duty, occasionally conducting field visits. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in operating technical systems (desirable)
- Experience with Rotorsoft program (ideally)
- Experience in field operations at wind turbines (advantageous, or training provided)
- Experience with data evaluations in MS-Excel
- Experience with application-specific software (Vestas VOB, GE SCADA, Enercon SCADA) (ideally)

- Class B (or 3) driving license; Willingness to undergo G 41 examination "Work with risk of falling"; Readiness for on-call duty including weekends and holidays.
