Job Summary

This role involves supporting project leads on national and international employee surveys, 360-degree feedback, and other Employee Experience (EX) projects, primarily by implementing solutions within the Qualtrics platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the Qualtrics platform, configuring rights and roles, programming questionnaires (Engage, Lifecycle, 360), and creating and validating organizational structures. Additionally, they will set up Qualtrics dashboards and action planning tools. Ideally, the consultant will also advise clients and conduct tool training.
